The Next Trend (TNT) always goes above and beyond with both service and quality within your set budget. They offer quick turnaround when you need it most and are excellent at figuring out how to make everyone in your organization happy. We have used them (Jeff Alcorn and his team specifically) for 90% of our corporate gifting for the past 3 years and never had a complaint.
I don't usually leave reviews but Eric earned this one. We've worked together for two years now and he has never once missed a deadline, even when our timelines got tight. He goes to bat with his suppliers to make it happen, super rare to find a rep like him.
My supplier of choice since 2005. Best customer service in the industry. The team at Next Trend Designs have innovative products and develop amazing custom solutions (as well as the basics) at competitive prices. They deliver on time and on budget. I highly recommend TNT for all your branded merchandising needs.

I have been using The Next Trend (TNT) for almost 2 years now. The organization and industry I work in has no time for delays or for emails to be replied to a week later. Eugene at TNT has been really great to work with. He always has great ideas and most importantly, responds in a timely manner and is detailed oriented. I'd recommend TNT/Eugene to my fellow colleagues over and over again.
Really fast responses. Emailed them at 7PM on a Saturday, had an answer within the hour. Not something you expect from a vendor so I was pleasantly surprised!
