Custom Hats and Headwear: Caps, Toques and Beanies
A hat is the one piece of merch that gets worn in public every time. That makes headwear the highest-visibility item in most programs, and the one where decoration quality shows most: a crisp 3D embroidered crest on a structured cap reads as retail, a flat print on a cheap blank reads as a giveaway.
We decorate caps, trucker hats, bucket hats, toques and beanies in-house, from fitted styles for retail programs to knit toques for job sites. Honda, DeWalt, Tim Hortons and GoodLife all run headwear through us, and every one of them has a different idea of what a good hat looks like.

What is the best decoration for a cap?
Embroidery, and for logos with bold shapes, 3D puff embroidery. Both are stitched through the panel so nothing peels. Fine detail and gradients go on a woven or printed patch that we then stitch to the cap.
Can we get retail-brand hats with our logo?
Yes. We decorate on retail blanks such as Flexfit, New Era and Carhartt styles as well as value caps for volume programs. Tell us the budget per hat and we will show you both ends.
What is the minimum order for custom hats?
Small. A dozen embroidered caps is a normal order for us, and the same artwork scales to thousands of units for a program. The setup is the same either way.
