What makes TNT different from other promotional products companies?
Most promotional companies resell the same catalogues and outsource the work. TNT has its own designers, its own warehouse and account managers who have run the same client programs for years, some for over a decade. And because we source at manufacturing scale overseas, large programs can cost significantly less than catalogue pricing, in some cases up to 70 percent less on the product itself.
Can you find products that are not in your catalogue?
Yes, sourcing is the core of what we do. If you can picture a product with your logo on it, we can source it or create it. Clients regularly come to us with products no other promotional company could find.
Who do you typically work with?
Everyone from Fortune 500 companies with recurring national programs to a local business ordering its first run of shirts. GoodLife Fitness, Honda, Suzuki Canada and Humber College are a few of the names. Every client gets a dedicated account manager either way.
Can you help with artwork or logo design?
Yes. We have a full in-house design team. Send whatever you have, a finished logo, a rough sketch or just an idea, and they will make it production-ready and send you a proof before anything gets made.
Do you ship across Canada and the US?
Yes. We ship from Mississauga across Canada and the United States, and we have been doing North American distribution since 1992.
Where are you located, and do you serve Toronto?
Our facility, showroom and warehouse are at 1102 Aerowood Dr in Mississauga, and we work with Toronto and GTA companies every day. Orders ship from here across Canada and the United States.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. We have a showroom at our Mississauga facility and we encourage clients to visit. Any sample you want to see, we are happy to provide on request.
Do you make custom shaker bottles?
Yes, at national scale. We manufacture branded shaker bottles, including our own patented shaker technology, for one of Canada's largest supplement retailers, alongside runs for gyms and fitness brands of every size. Cups, lids, colours and print are all made to your brand.
Do you supply company uniforms?
Yes. We run uniform programs for dealerships, gyms, restaurants and trades: sourcing, decoration, size runs and reorders, with inventory held at our warehouse so replacements ship fast.
Do you supply branded PPE and safety wear?
Yes. Hi-vis apparel, safety vests, hard hats and other protective gear, branded with your logo and compliant for site use. For construction and industrial clients we fold PPE into the same program as their regular workwear.
Can you run a merch program for a franchise or multi-location business?
Yes, this is one of our specialties. We build you a private ordering portal, produce the approved products, warehouse the inventory and ship to each location as they order. One national fitness chain has run its branded gear this way through us while growing from about 65 locations to more than 140.
Can you hold our inventory and ship it as we need it?
Yes. We offer warehousing and fulfillment. We produce your merchandise, store it at our facility and ship it out as your locations or your people need it. Several national clients run their entire merch programs this way.
Can you set up an online store for our company merch?
Yes. We build client ordering portals, private online stores stocked with your approved products where your staff or franchisees order directly. We run portals for national brands today.
Can you put together employee welcome kits or swag boxes?
Yes. We source the items, brand them, gift-box or kit them, and ship them wherever they need to go, including direct to a new hire's home. One box or a recurring program, both work.
What is a gift-with-purchase program?
A gift-with-purchase program gives customers a branded item, like a shaker cup or gym bag, when their order passes a threshold. It raises order size and puts your brand into daily use. TNT designs, manufactures and fulfills GWP programs end to end, and today we put roughly ten million dollars of branded merchandise into the market each year for one national retail partner.
Do you offer name-brand apparel like Nike or Adidas?
Yes. Alongside standard blanks we can supply retail brands including Nike, Adidas and Carhartt, decorated with your logo. If you want your team in gear people actually choose to wear, that is exactly what this is for.
What if I have a rush order?
TNT has always prided itself in servicing our clients well, and accommodating their delivery requirements. With this in mind, we will always endeavor to meet your deadline, whatever that may be.
How will my items be packaged when they are delivered to me?
Your items will be delivered in attractive TNT logoed boxes. TNT also offers an additional shrink wrapping and gift boxing service.
How do you prevent defects in customized goods?
TNT has a very strict quality control policy, beginning with our high expectations from our suppliers. We inspect all blank and finished products very carefully to insure that you receive only the finest quality goods.
