How many items do you carry and what if I have an idea for something that I've seen somewhere?
TNT carries 100's of 1000's of products, and using all of the latest technologies available we are able to use on-line computerized sourcing of any product that is available today for promotion.
How will my items be packaged when they are delivered to me?
Your items will be delivered in attractive TNT logoed boxes. TNT also offers an additional shrink wrapping and gift boxing service.
What if we have an idea for a new logo, or we require changes to art work or designs that we already have?
TNT has a complete in-house/images department, with full service design and output capabilities. We will be able to fill all your artwork and creative requirements. Any of our team members would be happy to answer your questions at any time.
We have had trouble in the past with receiving goods with defects, once they have been customized with our company's logo. How can this be prevented?
TNT has a very strict quality control policy, beginning with our high expectations from our suppliers. We inspect all blank and finished products very carefully to insure that you receive only the finest quality goods.
If I want to check on my order, or have any questions, who can I contact?

I don't live in Canada. How difficult is it to order from you?
Not difficult at all. We have a toll free number, for convenient accessibility. We also deal with companies all across Canada and the United States. With many years of experience in North American distribution, your orders will be convenient, and simple to fill, regardless of your company location.
What if I have a rush order?
TNT has always prided itself in servicing our clients well, and accommodating their delivery requirements. With this in mind, we will always endeavor to meet your deadline, whatever that may be.
Can I see samples of goods that you supply?
TNT has one of the largest showrooms in the industry, and we encourage all of our clients to visit. Samples are also available to you upon request, and we would be more than happy to provide them to you.
